Our Process

If you are thinking about retirement, currently retired or received a windfall our no cost financial assessment can help you answer three crucial questions.

1. Will you run out of money in retirement?

2. Are you overpaying in taxes?

3. Is your portfolio suitable?

Answers to these questions (and anything else you can think of) are documented and delivered in a clear and concise manner.

Our no obligation process will help you determine if we are the right firm for you. We want you to know exactly how we can help you before you pay us a single dollar in fees or trust us with a penny of your nest egg.

☎ Step 1: Initial phone meeting

Before we take up too much of your time, we start with a 15-minute phone call to make sure we’re a good fit for your needs.

πŸ’» Step 2: First Meeting

The goal of this meeting is to get perfectly clear on your goals, concerns, and financial situation. Your answers to our questions, along with documents we request from you, will guide our analysis, which will result in plain-English answers to four critical questions.

πŸ“Š Step 3: Our analysis

We use our experience, training, and mentorship from industry experts to answer the following questions.

1. When can you afford to retire?

2. Are you overpaying in taxes?

3. Can your portfolio be improved?

4. Can you eliminate, or at least reduce, threats to your retirement?

πŸ’» Step 4: Second office meeting

In this meeting, we will explain in plain English how you can achieve your financial goals. We will provide you with the answers to the four questions we asked during our analysis, and show you, in dollars and cents, how we can improve your finances.

At the end of the meeting, you will have the opportunity to decide whether you would like to begin working with us or if you decide to think on it.

⏳ Step 5: Think on it

We understand that making a decision about your financial future is an important one. We are not in a rush, and we want you to take your time to consider all of your options.

Here are some questions you may want to ask yourself before making a decision:

1. Do I like, trust, and respect the advisor?

2. Do the benefits provided exceed the cost?

3. Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?

4. Do their recommendations make sense to me?

🏁 Step 6: Third meeting and paperwork

In this meeting, We will answer any questions you have and discuss the paperwork necessary to become a client.

Prior to this meeting, we will have sent you a detailed explanation of our process and answered all your questions and concerns.

We would love to work with you, but if you decide that we are not a good fit, we will wish you all the best and every success. There will never be a pressure to say yes.

If this process makes sense to you, the next step is to decide if our qualifications meet your needs.
